Brownish oddities on wood

Hello forum,
Juha send a message of an interesting asco to a Finnish forum. In my eyes it seemed interesting and I asked for a specimen, evenif I knew, that I had not found such an oddity.
Here's the link:
The dry fruitbodies were about 2 mm wide.
Spores 5-6x2,5-3, asci 60-75x4-5 and paraphyses narrow and seemed to be coloured yellow at the tips.
So, I hope, that someone here can help me to tell Juha, what he has found...

Re : Brownish oddities on wood
Hi Marja
these are a bit few data. Photos are too bad, excipulum not seen, perhaps mollisioid. asci amyloid? Spores biguttulate?
A Mollisiaceae perhaps , but then the VBs should be viewed.

Re : Brownish oddities on wood
Hi Zotto,
sorry to answer so late.
My photos are as usually miserable and I attach here some more horror.
So, the spores have polar guttules and asci were in my opinion IKI-.
We have experienced the first and second winter (snow has melted away twice) here and perhaps the third will come before morning...
Greetings to Evi: Marja

Hi Marja
I could not remember and am still without advice. So nice macro!
Where was this find made? And why is there Orbilia alba in association?

Re : Brownish oddities on wood
Hi Zotto,
these were collected in Vihti, southern Finland on a rotten branch of some broadleaved tree.
Just checked, that Orbilia alba seems to be new for Finland. I got to look, if there is any of that in the specimen Juha sent me.
By the way, if you don't know, why Orbilia alba is hanging around there, who does? ;)
Thanks for answering: Marja
