I think you may have put the wrong lengths of the hairs but everything looks good for Scutellinia setosa.

yes, the setae measurements were not correct. The longer setae are 470-690 µm long.

I saw this Scutellinia the first time, so I was not sure enough. But now I can name this beatiful thing Scutellina setosa.
