Hyphomycete
Bernard Declercq, 17-10-2021 16:55
Bernard DeclercqHello,

Collected decorticated branch of Quercus rubra:
Sporodochia subspherical, 0.3-0.5 mm diam., crowded to scattered, rust coloured.
Conidia subtriangular to square or irregular, composed of 3-4 subglose cells; 10-13x8-10x7-8 µm, with constricted septa, smooth, rust coloured.
Conidiogenous cells cylindrical, hyaline.
Ass. Helicosporium vegetum Nees.

Can anyone help me identifying this maybe hyperparasitic hyphomycete?
Thanks in advance.

Bernard
