I found this Mollisia species yesterday, growing on dead grass stems on the bottom of a mostly dried-out ditch.
KOH+ yellow, pp rather wide and with VBs, croziers+. Spores: 7.4 - 10.1 × 1.4 - 1.8 µm.
Tho spores are pretty long, but otherwise could this maybe be Mollisia caricina?

M. caricina is impossible , at least in my concept where the spores are much smaller and the paraphyses wider.

Hallo,
this could be Mollisia citrinopigmentosa Svrcek may be, but I have not seen the type and no real idea of this species. The spores are said to contain no oil drops, but theses data are from dead spores and have to be taken with care.

Good idea, Andreas, I only cannot estimate the "wax-yellow" colour of the disc in the type, which seems to be present already without alcali. But Svrcek wrote that ammonia caused a yellow reaction.

Yes, ammonia and KOH do quite the same in Mollisia as far as I see.

as Zotto said, Ammonia and KOH do the same in Mollisia. I tested that several times. Also KOH 3% and KOH 10% and KOH 20% do the same results to my experience.
the spores from your specimen seem to be still alive, at least they look like. May be the drops are more difficult to observe or even absent when the specimen is some years old.
I have not checked the type, as said, on so am not sure wether they have drops or not. But Svrcek states that they don't have ....
