Lophodermium on pine needles
Aouali Souhila, 06-07-2021 16:32
Hi,
I found these fruit bodies on pine needles. On some needles they were black, and on others they were not black. For the black ones Lophodermium pinastri seems a good match. For the none black ones I am not sure if they are L. pinastri? maybe L. concolor ?the paraphyses have kind of crystals or mucilage on their top.

Appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Souhila.

Re : Lophodermium on pine needles
The black fungi are L. pinastri, the light coloured probably old Cyclaneusma minor, look the links.

Regards Peter.
