Hi,I was unable to id it by myself. Not sure even if it is from the genus Cyathicula.

On the previous year's herbaceous stems next to water. Apothecia up to 0.7mm in diameter.
Asci 8-spored, IKI+b, probably with croziers, 37-51x3.7-5.3um.
Ascospores
(6.9) 7 - 9.1 (10.3) × (1.5) 1.6 - 2 µm
Q = (3.7) 3.8 - 5.6 (6.2) ; N = 23
Me = 7.9 × 1.8 µm ; Qe = 4.5

Yes, this is Cyathicula cyathoidea, the most commonest species complex.
