Bonjour à nouveau, Voici une trouvaille d'hier.
Stictis on Populus branch
Juuso Äikäs,

I measured just a couple spores and asci and they measured 260 - 280 x 2.5 and 190 x 10 microns. The spores were arranged in the asci partially in a spiral fashion and partially in a parallel fashion. The lower part of the hymenium turned orange in IKI.Â
I think this is Stictis or something like that, but I've no experience in this group. Could Stictis mollis be possible?

Re : Stictis on Populus branch
I found this paper Stictis s. lat. (Ostropales, Ascomycota) in northern Scandinavia, with a key and notes on morphological variation in relation to lifestyle, which might be helpful, but I don't have access to it.Â
If someone has it, I'd be glad to receive it.
