Asco (Diatrype?) on Quercus robur
William de Jong, 14-03-2021 21:04
Hi,
I found an ascomycete on a dead attached branch of Quercus robur. Black perithecia/ostioles hidden under bark. It looks a bit like a Diatrype species. Ascus with 6-8 spores. Spore size: 20,6-26,5 x 5,8-7,4 µm; average: 23,9 x 6,8 µm.
Does anyone know a good fit for this one?
William
