Bonsoir,
Une espèce en mauvais état (sans doute à cause des récentes gelées), sur tiges mortes encore cortiquées de Rosa sp. Besançon, Doubs, France, le 17/02/2021.
Apothécies de 1-2 mm de diamètre, stipitées, isolées ou réunies par bouquets de 3-5, brun rouillé, cupuliformes et marginées. Pas trouvé d'anamorphe.
Ascospores : 20-25 x 7,5-8,5 µm, elliptiques, garnies de guttules, hyalines, cloisonnées (?) et brunissant à maturité, lisses.
Paraphyses : à sommet renflé, irrégulier recouvert par un amas brunâtre.
Asques : cylindracés à claviformes, contenant huit spores, à appareil apical hémiamyloïde.
Réaction ionomidotique.
Je pense avoir trouvé l'espèce dans les dossiers de Zotto sous le nom de ''hemiamyloid Rosa".

Indeed the same species!! Difficult to say which genus this is. Dermea has euamyloid rings, Pezicula doesn't have ionomidotic reactions.
Branislav observed the presumed anamorph. I would be surpsized if this species is undescribed, but who knows.
Pezicula rubi is the only answer in my database. Could it be that it is an adaptation to high altitudes? But yours is lowland.
