Dark olive pulvinate - Ostropales ?
Daniel Ghyselinck, 07-02-2021 10:59
Hi,
I collected this strange asco last week on wood at about 1m above the ground.
Fruitbodies max. 0,3 mm of diameter, opening by a hole or a slit, outside dark olive, hymenium light green. They are superficial, not erumpent.
Asci 8-sp, without reaction in IKI.
Spores hyaline, with 4 cells, constricted at the septa.
Paraphyse cylindrical, very long.
I searched in the Ostropales but without success.
Any idea ?

Best regards,
Daniel

Exarmidium inclusum, in my opinion (Hyponectriaceae though seemingly apothecioid)

Thank you very much, Zotto,

Never heard about this genus before.
My harvest corresponds well to other posts seen on this forum about this species.

Best regards,
Daniel
