Ethan CrensonHi all, Here is what I believe to be a Hymenoscyp
Coprophilous, pale-yellow Trichoderma (Hypocrea) from Denmark

This would appear to be conspecific - found no asci with spores but many spores on the surface

And here another Trichoderma on dung:

Hi Thomas
Please compare with Aphysiostroma stercorarium, see Barrasa et al. 1995, CJB 63: 2439-2443 (paper available from me if needed).
In the meantime it has been renamed in Trichoderma by Jaklitsch & Voglmayr 2015.

Thanks Enrique and I would also like the original publication in Can. J. I believe the Danish fungus is ostiolate and T. ste. described as non-ostiolate.

Thanks for paper. It should now be possible to exclude the known coprophilus species since it is non-ostiolate and furthermore, with a different spore shape. I guess no progress will be made on this material (a culture or a sequences would be needed)
