Ethan CrensonHi all, Here is what I believe to be a Hymenoscyp
Pyrenopeziza "subviridula"?
Viktorie Halasu,

this discomycete grew on a dead attached twig of Ulmus, bark peeling off, wet riparian forest.
IKI+bb, H+, VB-. Excipulum of globose or angular (isodiametric) cells.
Some free spores 1-septate, in ascus only non-septate spores.
Is it this unpublished Pyrenopeziza? Hymenium in UV only light blue, unlike Mollisia or Strossmayeria which are dark blue.
Thank you.
Viktorie

Very exciting! I will answer tomorrow more detailed, but I agree.

Re : Pyrenopeziza "subviridula"?
Thank you for confirmation and looking forward to other info.
If you're still interested in collection data of Orbilias, this one grew together with O. cf. aurantiorubra nicely parasitised by Hyalorbilia orbiliicola.

Re : Pyrenopeziza "subviridula"?
I think this Pyrenopeziza is exactly what I have under subviridula, e.g., HB 7620b, but perhaps not all.
Nice, this orbiliicola!
