Scutellina found in disturbed soil, tractor tracks. With the key of Christian Lechat I arrive at
S. torrentis. The hairs seem different to me.
They either form small tufts or pallisades and are almost uniform, well septated but not rooting.
Is S. torrentis the right solution?
Thank you very much in advance,
François

Re : Scutellina torrentis with a hair problem?
Hello.
Is it possible to see some ascospores in CB without heating? The ornamentation is not clear on your pictures.
The hairs looks like those of S. superba.

OK.
So I think it is S. torrentis because the warts are more angular than the warts of S. superba.

I would agree with Nicolas.
Was there just the one fruit body? they are usually found as a group.
