I don`t know L. aceriphilum but this reminds me a lot of L. rhytismatis. Zotto surely can help us.

It is actually the rhytismatis-group, which is difficult and not yet fully understood, if that will ever be possible. But the name aceriphilum is correct, it is the one with croziers on Acer and Quercus, whereas typical L. rhytismatis  lacks croziers (see my folders). On Vaccinium is something very very similar, but maybe different anyhow. 

L. aceriphilum is an unpublished name as far as I see, proposed by Marketa Sandova, and she has also sequences showing the distinction among these taxa.
