Je me demandais s'il a été démontré que les Unguiculariopsis sont bien des parasites et non de simples saprophytes fongicoles.

I am not aware but this will be difficult to clarify, the more that there may be a parasitic and a saprophytic phase. Unguiculariopsis on lichens I understood as parasites on rather intact thalli, but I am not sure.
