Re : Orbilia sp 11-05-19
I cannot say, the resolution ist not enough. Somewhat it resembles O. aprilis but I feel the asci are thin-walled above and will turn truncate when dead. Also the paraphyses seem to be capitate.
Did you observe the shaoe of the spore bodies?
The conidium would fit O. aprilis.

Re : Orbilia sp 11-05-19
Woww! Now it is 5x better. Orbilia trapeziformis.
But the spores should be wider than 1.5 µm. These are the measurements from 50 collections:
*(5–)6.5–9.5(–11) × (2–)2.2–2.8(–3.2) µm
in dead state †6–9(–9.5) × 1.8–2.7 µm
Since your ascus measurements concur with mine:
*(45–)50–75(–80) × (4.4–)4.8–6(–7)((–7.5)) µm
I assume your spores are wider (9.5 x 2.3 is a good value).

Re : Orbilia sp 11-05-19

Re : Orbilia sp 11-05-19
Could you please check the pores of the wood, is the branch ring-pored (Fraxinus) or are the pores in radial rows (Corylus, Betula)?
Tell me the collection data please.
