Documents Mycologiques are online here: http://hdf.adonif.fr/les-dms/ (find the requested volume and click on "Lecture"), but for some reason just this volume doesn't work (and few others too). I hope they'll fix it eventually.

edit: I see the problem now - it concerns fascicles 1-4 and 6-9. They are numbered 01-09 in both the list and link, but the correct URL is without the leading zero. So this works: http://91.121.143.213/smnf/flip-DM/Fascicule%206/
