I think it is this one:
Nohan-BC-20140203A: On mosses leaves covering a siliceous rock today in the French Ardennes, Semoy Valley
My guess was Bryoscyphus turbinatus, but in the new collection it is clear that this species has croziers, besides yellow apothecia, so it is surely another species.
B. turbinatus has also crystals in the medulla, and yours? See my folders in the Arachnoscypha folder, 8a Arachnopezizaceae.
Could you please tell me the collection data?
