Good evening,

I found these cups on clay soil. I think I'm always seeing them, but looking at Google photos I'm now in doubt of being Tarzetta cupularis. What do you think?  Could it be Tarzetta scotica?

I measured few spores : 19-21 X 10-12 
It has something like hairs too (border).
