does anyone have any idea what that Cercophora might be?
Substrat: wild pig
Fruitbody: 250 x 250 µ, sunk in the substrate


Asci: 220 x 20 µ, 8 spored, biseriat, no iodine reaktion
Spore head: 25 x 8 µ


Pedicel: 32 - 35 x 5 µ


caudae apical: 20 x 2 µ


caudae basal: 35 X 2 - 3 µ

Cercophora anisura, although your ascospore lengths are a bit longer than those reported for C. anisura.  Could be C. mirabilis, but the caudae should be equal length in this species.  See Lundqvist 1972.

Maybe you could if you can give us more details on the globule, the hairs of the cervix, and the perithecie if there are any; also the length of the spore appendages, as Andrew says!

Good evening,

i suspect it is C. anisera with to long spores! The cells on the neck have a size of 5 - 7 µ. The hairs are septate and have a wide of 2 - 3 µ. The spore appendages apical 20 x 2 µ and basal 35 x 2 - 3 µ. Obviously the substrate also speaks against mirabilis.
