I'm not sure of the size of the conidia in your collection - are they really 15-19µm? - I don't think this is a Libertella; Cytospora (lots of "species") seems more likely . . .

Conidiospores are 4,45 - 6,09 × 0,9 - 1,27 µm Q = (4,3) 4,34 - 6,1
It has been found on Quercus.
Any idea ?
