Anamorph fungus with 2 different conidia
Thorben Hülsewig, 07-07-2018 11:49
Hi there,

yesterday i found in a dried creek this anamorph fungus on a Carpinus betulus or Fagus sylvatica branch. I think the fungus have two different conidia one of them is produces at the hyphae and the other one are possible free.
Any idea what this could be ?

best regards,
Thorben

Hi Thorben,
it is fusarium-like.

Image 3 seems to be a synnemata ?, there is Fusarium spp. that produce synnemata?

Re : Anamorph fungus with 2 different conidia
Hi to all,
they are not synemata but sterile hyphae, as all fusarium-like.
Cheers,
Christian

Hi there,

i had put the anamorph in a dump chamber and this is the result.
Maybe a Phaeoisaria sp. ?

best regards,
Thorben
