Found 10-06-2018 on Typha, The Netherlands.
Conidia 15.7-16.0-16.4 x 3.3-3.7 µm

Is Hymenopsis typhae correct?

Yes, it is.You can find on the Schoenoplectus, as it is in the neighbourhood possibly, the same fungus.
