Hymenoscyphus scutula?
Found in the garden (28-10-2017, the Netherlands) on Rudbeckia sp.
Asci biseriate: 107.3-117.3 x 9.3-10.7 µm
Spore size:     24.7-25.7 x  4.4-5.0 µm.

Yes, it is microscopically typical H. scutula, good pictures. By macroscopy I was sceptical, but this is variation, usually the stalk is longer.
