This is a Dicephalospora, a trpical relative of Hymenoscyphus. If you have oil immersion then you will see the gel caps on the spore ends.
Did you measure the spores?

I added a photo of the spores at 1000x.

I measured 5 maature spores and they were: 

30.3 × 6.1 um
33.5 × 6.7 um
29.8 × 5.0 um
29.7 × 6.1 um
31.8 × 7.3 um

Yes, this clearly fits Dicephalospora rufocornea. The other species have shorter spores.
