This is a Dicephalospora, a trpical relative of Hymenoscyphus. If you have oil immersion then you will see the gel caps on the spore ends.

I added a photo of the spores at 1000x.

Yes, this clearly fits Dicephalospora rufocornea. The other species have shorter spores.
