in October I found this little black Ascomycetes in a freshwater habitate on unedentified old wood .
I think it is a Massarina or a Lophiotrema .
The Ascobase looks a little bit like a bone .
The spores was with one septate : 23-24x6µ
Asci: 140-150x10µ
Can anyone say something to this species ?

Perhaps Amniculicola parva.

yes I agree with Alain. The apparent lack of purple stain of the wood points towards A. parva rather than to A. lignicola. In A. parva the purple stain, when present, is at the edges of the colony, not between the ascomata.

Re : Massarina/Lophiotrema aqautisch
before the DNA era Massarina was applied to most of Dothideomycetes with similar hyaline fusiform to ellipsoid 2-celled ascospores. Many genera have been segregated from Massarina based on molecular data, it's a very long story...You can get an idea of the story in the two followig papers, available online.
