Oddities on Rubus idaeus stems
Marja Pennanen, 06-09-2015 18:47
Hi,

once again I'm lost in the Raspberry bushes, no idea of what I have found.

These are about 0,2 mm wide and 0,3 mm high.
The hairs locate on the upper part of the fruitbodies and are 30-90x7-10, brown and septate.
The spores are about 80-100x2-3, septate and contain small droplets.
The asci are about 150-200x10.

Help is surely wellcome: Marja

Re : Oddities on Rubus idaeus stems
Hello again,

I may be looking for a new-for-me hairy nectrialike genus, with filiform spores.
A key to the species of that genus may be needed, too...

Hi Marja,

maybe a Tubeufia?

Best wishes,
Gernot

Re : Oddities on Rubus idaeus stems
Thank you Gernot, that may be the case.
I have found T. cerea, but Tubeufia came not into my mind.
So, where to find the key?

Thankfully: Marja

Could this be T. helicomyces?
