I need your help to try to identify the pyrenomycete found on the branch of a bush.
I upload some photos and the following data:
Hairs: +up to 200 µm
Asci: up to 170 µm
Spores: 20-26 x 5.5-6.5 µm
Thanks in advance,
zaca

Hi Zaca,
is there a possibility to send me this collection? I have several ideas but its hard to say something only with these small pictures.
You cannot find out on which sort of bush you have collected the fungus?
regards,
björn

Dear Björn,
Thanks for your reply and interest. Of course, I will send you a sample, just send me your mail address.
You and anyone interested can see the photos of the specimen and of the corresponding microscopy at the following link:
https://yi0ixh.s.cld.pt
The question about the shrub I cannot answer. The specimen was collected in a garden known by its diversity in the existing flora, and where many trees and shrubs are labelled, but not this one. So, I don't know.
Regards,
zaca
