Hypocopra dolichopoda
Norbert Heine, 27-11-2014 01:34
Norbert HeineDear friends,

does anybody of you know Hypocopra dolichopoda?

Maybe that a friend of mine did find this one on rabbit dung in Germany.
Ascospores are larger than in H. parvula (15-17 x 8,5-10µm) und the germslit seems to extend the full spore length.
Here you can find a description of his finding with some further notes (sorry, german only).

It would be great if you'd have a look at it.
Thank you.

Hello Norbert

Why not H.dolichopoda? Could you measure the asci? The spore shape and measure seems appropriate.
Sometimes difficult to separate the species.

Michel.
