It would be very important to have the vital characters here! Also  the ascus apex in iodine is to unsharp (Hymenoscyphus-type?). I assume this is on fallen leaves in the mediterranean area. It reminds me a bit of "Mollisia" spectabilis, but the spores are very different. Very important would be the ectal excipulum which is a brown text. globulosa in M. spectabilis.

Looked again: The spores probably conmtain big oil drops which are almost totally masked by Melzer's. If you would mount in water or KOH they would be strongly visible.

Apart from the whitish apothecial colour the fungus could fit Phaeohelotium epiphyllum (Hymenosc. epiphyllus).

Did you mean 19-23 µm?

So we cannot even fix the genus without additional info (excipulum especially).
