After checking Gminder and Otto's library I cannot

Synnema in clumps and extremly large, easily visible without hands lens. head slimy, stalk made with unusual cells.
I and Keith seifert tried to Identify this specie but without luck, however Keith have a similar observation from 1999.
Both finding grew in mid may to early june in very wet area, hinting of the habitat. I don't really expect an ID , but who know maybe it is something whe missed.
It would be also interesting to see if any of you found something similar?
