Wim de GrootWe found this hymenoscyphus on rubus fruticulosis.

Spores (12) 13 (14) x (3) 3.5 (4), smooth, with many small oil droplets. Asci 100 - 120 x 7 - 8. Crush mount also showed abundant long threads approx 1 micrometer thick.
What could this be?

Hopefully someone else here can weigh in too?

It has been suggested on Mushroom Observer that this could be Bisporella citrina or Bisporella sulfrina.

When comparing the spores of my observation to other Bisporella citrina observations, the spore shape looks pretty different. My spores are crescent shaped, while other people report ellipsoid spores.
