The ornamentaion, I think justifies individual warts which leads me to S subhirtella but I am not sure that often grows on wood.

S. subhirtella seems to be a bad hypothesis. Sporal ornementation is different.
Here, it's difficult to say because spores are not in 2 dimensions...
In this genus, I repeat that's necessary to have a sporogram with good dimensions.
Here, several species could be correspond with disponible data.
