Bonjour,Je recherche l'article concernant Hypobryo
Fuscolachnum ?

Asques 60 x 7 µm, bisériés, bouclés, I+(lugol).

Re : Fuscolachnum ? Hyphodiscus ? sur Pteridium aquilinum
I think it fits quite well Fuscolachnum pteridis.
You don't have a photo of free spores showing the contents? The width 1-2.6 is a bit unsharp, or you mean 2-2.6? Asci react blue? I imagine a dirty red.
The gelified excipulum sounds strange and reminds of Hyphodiscus. Is it only more towards the margin?
Zotto

Re : Fuscolachnum ? Hyphodiscus ? sur Pteridium aquilinum
Sorry, I meant 8-11 x 1,9-2,6 µm. Aren't they too long for Fuscolachnum pteridis ?
The excipulum seams to have glassy walls close to the margin.
Yes asci pore reacts blue in lugol. I don't have picture with floating spores. I could do some but the fungi is dry now.
Thank you Zotto for help !
Gilles

I have a plate of Enrique with spores 8-15.5 x 2-2.7 µm.
Haines says 6-10 x 1.4-2.3 (dead state probably)
