Mycosphaerella bacillifera ?
I have come to this species by the host (Tomilin, 1979, Opredelitel gribov roda Mycosphaerella)
(i have this book in digital, if anyone has a need).
It has huge spores, description seems coincides, only spores in mine have more septa (at overmature state). It's a pitty that Mycosphaerella page at CBS website doesn't work now (?). So, the description in Tomilin was a single source with which i compared.
From dead leaves of Scheuchzeria palustris, 06.08.2012, in bog.

Thank you, Chris,
this is necessary description and the drawing, and mine corresponds with it well.
