Dear Esquivel, you do not want your firstonce thank you for the help in identifying? We are here to help you, but a little decorum is one of them.

To your mushroom: Again, this is strange to me, but there is an article of Huhndorf et al. (2009) Mycologia 101:904-919.

Now it looks like in the image as Amplistroma ravum. Should be new, for Panama, as is observed that: Known distribution. Costa Rica, known only from the type collection
