Dear forum,

I want you to help me in defining the fungus. I found it today. (Alnus) Alder forest on earth, between the branches. Brownish-red color. Brittle texture, 3x3 cm in diametre.

Books can not find it. Spores 22 x 12 µm.

Thanks if you could give tips.

Cher Collègue,

Je pense comme Gilbert, qu'il s'agit de P. subisabellina. Voici, en dossier attaché, mes dessins d'éléments de la microscopie, correspondant à ce champignon.

J'ai deux questions :

1) Est-il possible que votre récolte ait été faite sur du bois de Populus ?

2) Les asques réagissent-ils en bleu, ou non, dans le réactif de Melzer ?

Les champignons , j'ai trouvé la berge du ruisseau, généralement la communauté aulne.
Je suis un novice, je ne pas utiliser les réactifs.
Le peuplier est également possible, mais aulnes généralement.
Le microscope j'ai observé des choses semblables à ce que vous avez dans l'annexe.
Je vais vous donner un ami de champignons, quelques jours à répondre à la question.

I had macroscopically immediately typed on Peziza subisabellina. But 4-spored? Germination can be observed more frequently in the ascus, but not always.

De ce que l'on peut observer, l'espèce n'est pas encore parvenue à maturié complète. D'autre part, la photo coupe la partie inférieure de l'asques.

Nice finding. It is clearly subisabellina. It seems to be not uncommon as we had found it several times in western germany (Bergisches Land, near Cologne).
