Dear friends,

this fungus is collected in France / Orlean (near Paris) at 2006-11-26. I was become this fungus from my Friend from Polish Academy of Science to compare observations.

Re:?Peziza cf. repanda
This fungus is growing on SOIL (w/o wood) and is prov. described as Peziza cf. repanda.

But Asci are mostly IKI- (negative) !! Only 0-3 Asci are IKI+ in some preparations from some fruitbodies. So c.a. 2% Asci is IKI+

But most strange is medulla, where are a lot of AMYLOID (IKI+ blue) cells. The cell wall is blue in IKI

Re:?Peziza cf. repanda
The observations are the same made by myself and by my Friend. Every Apos has IKI+ medulla and (mostly) IKI- Asci.
KOH reaction is only a little KOH+ yellow, mostly in subhymenium (for example in Peziza micropus is very strong KOH+ yellow all parts).

I see this reaction in ??Peziza first time - any sugestion and comments ?
