I am sure this is Graphium calicioides. E.g. to be found in Ellis & Ellis (1985), Fungi on land plants.

Thanks a lot Zotto. It seems that Salix wasn't mentioned by Ellis & Ellis as a host (Alnus, Fagus, Fraxinus, Ulmus, Sorbus, Quercus, Prunus, Betula, Acer - I've found it at http://www.ecoflora.co.uk/search_pathogen.php )

Today I've re-examined the tree trunk and still think it's Salix.

Graphium calicioides is very frequent, I often saw it in company with discomycetes. In my database I see I noted it 1x for Salix, but more often for Alnus, Fagus, Carpinus etc.
