Hello,

which type of spores was measured? I think only the highly refractive spores are usable. I've seen some fungus with spores like the largest here, swollen and with detached contents, but cannot remember now what it was. 

What about Peziza (Pfistera) pyrophila? Although Peziza, it's been reported as inamyloid (or very weakly amyloid after KOH-pretreatment)?
