Tubeufia cerea?
Juuso Äikäs, 28-08-2021 15:43
These olive fruitbodies were growing on the inner surface of partly detached bark of Betula sp, in a moist, herb-rich forest.

Although the asci seem to be largely immature, there were many free mature-looking(?) spores to be found. They measured 39 - 47 × 3.5 - 4 µm. In water the spores looked aseptate, but in the first IKI pic, there seem to be septae.

T. cerea is said to grow on other fungi - old DIatrype etc. However, these were at least seemingly growing directly on wood. Could this still be Tubeufia cerea?
