This is the second time we find this on Salix.
Conidia measured in water: (4.9) 4.93 - 5.7 (5.9) × (1.1) 1.3 - 1.5 µm ; Qe = 3.8
Does anyone have an idea which anamorph this could be?

I have possibly the same in my Dendrodochium folders in Hyphomycetes: on Salix, 31.XII.2006. The apothecioid shape misleads to expect asci, e.g. of a Parorbiliopsis (Hyaloscypha). I measured coniia *4.2-6.3 x 1.3-1.5 µm, conidiophores very long & thin. I fear these fungi are badly explored, which is a surprize since hyphomycetes are intensely studied.

Indeed, we also thought of an ascomycete.
