Found on deciduous wood (probably Betula) in subalpine region in central Norway. I was hoping for T. dumbirensis, but the size and shape of the spores are different. Spores 12-15 x 5-6 micr, ellipsoid-fusiform, multiguttulate (not comma-shaped or sigmoid). Paraphyses 3-6 micr broad, guttulate (measured in water). No coziers. IKI+ (blue) with Lugol (no KOH pre-treatment). Pale brownish ectal excipulum, textura angularis/globulosa (?). The apothcia 3-6 mm across, attached to the substrate on a constricted, stem-like base.
Suggestions welcomed.

Strange. Without the spore measures I would also have said T. dumbirensis.

Indeed, must be Aleuriella personata, which is a Tatraea too.
The species was repeatedly found during the past years, though perhaps not in the Forum. See my Tatraea folder.

Ascofrance is often not up to date. Huhtinen 1994 used Aleuriella. perhaps he wasn't aware of the similarity with Tatraea (I did not look up his paper today). Pyrenopeziza makes no sense.
