Re : RICERCA PAZZA - SYSTEMA ASCOMYCETUM
Ciao Martin. I thank you: I already knew the links that you have indicated. These links refer to Myconet, newspaper published after Systema Ascomycetum: I am interested in the latter, especially with regard to the placement of the genera Mazzantia, Phyllachora and Polystigma and the composition of the families Phyllachoraceae / Polystigmataceae in the various editions of the ''Ouline of the Ascomycetes'.
Ciao, Alessio

Re : RICERCA PAZZA - SYSTEMA ASCOMYCETUM
Ciao Alessio,
there were 16 issues of "Systema Ascomycetum" between 1982 and 1998. I think you would increase the chance to recieve the papers you need dramatically when you name the proper titles.
Best regards
Martin

Re : RICERCA PAZZA - SYSTEMA ASCOMYCETUM
Ciao Martin,
I'm not interested in all volumes. I am only interested in contributions 'Outlines of Ascomycota' to complete this table. All I need is the scan of the title (for bibliographic rifeirmento) and the page where we talk about the Phyllachorales ...now I try to hear a dear friend of Turin if he can help me!
Alessio

Re : RICERCA PAZZA - SYSTEMA ASCOMYCETUM
Dear Alessio,
In the Myconet edition 13, 2007 the systematics for the Phyllachoraceae was announced for the next issue (14, 2010) that is online available also and covers those genera: http://fieldmuseum.org/sites/default/files/Fieldiana_2010_Myconet.pdf
Cheers

I think I misunderstood you. You want to complete this (your?) table with data prior to 1999?

Re : RICERCA PAZZA - SYSTEMA ASCOMYCETUM
Si Martin...I would like to summarize the evolution of the systematic order Phyllachorales.
In 1976, Barr, in its proposal for the classification of Ascomycetes, introduced an invalid mode (without diagnosis) the Phyllachorales for taxa "Parasitic, saprobic, or lichenized; perithecia or at times Widely opening and apothecia, asci oblong or clavate, thin-walled, usually narrow apical annulus; ascospores asymmetric, variable; asexual reproduction and phialidic Often coelomycetous where known. Families Phyllachoraceae, Physosporellaceae, Phacidiaceae, Porinaceae "(BARR, 1976a: 7).
In the same year Barr back to discuss the order, without even providing a diagnosis, in a contribution dedicated to the genre Buergnerula and Physosporellaceae. In this second work the Barr provides a key families traced to Phyllachorales and reduces the family Phyllachoraceae as synonymous to Melogrammataceae G. Winter (Barr. 1976b: 615).
In 1983, finally, the Barr makes valid the order Phyllachorales providing the following diagnosis: "Ascomata parasitici vel hemibiotrophici vel saprobici vel symbiotici globosa in substrato vel stromate vel thallo immerso, ostiola periphysibus; asci unitunicati, annuli apicali non profundi; paraphyses vel paraphyses apicales angusti vel lati; ascosporae hyalinae vel parum pigmentosae, continuae vel septatae. Familia typica: Phyllachoraceae Theissen & Sydow 1915 s. str." (Barr, 1983: 11). A part the recovery of the name Phyllachoraceae, this last contribution of Barr does not provide other information on the structure and composition of the order.
In the 'Outline of the Ascomycetes' of 1983 Erikson accepts the order Phyllachorales attributing the only family Phyllachoraceae and observing: "This order has usually called Polystigmatales Been" (Eriksson, 1983: 12). In 1984 Eriksson attaches to Phyllachoraceae 24 genus, plus two in the form dubitative: Apiosphaeria Höhn., Coccodiella Hara, Erikssonia Penz. & Sacc., Gibellina Pass., Glomerella Spauld. & H. Schrenk, Haloguignardia Cribb & J. W. Cribb, Isothea Fr., Lindauella Rehm, Neoflageoletia J. Reid & C. Booth, Ophiodothella (Henn.)Höhn., Phaeochorella Theiss. & Syd., Phycomelaina Kohlm., Phyllachora, Phylleutypa Petr., Phyllocrea Höhn., Polystigma DC, Pseudothiella Petr., Rehmniodothis, Schizochora Syd. & P. Syd., Sphaerodothis (Sacc. & P. Syd.)Shear, Stigmochora Theiss. & Syd., Telimena Racib., Telimenella Petr., Zimmermanniella Henn., (?)Lohwagia Petr. e (?)Petrakiella Syd (Eriksson, 1984: 37).
I would like to comment on how the order (polyphyletic!) is transformed to date.
