Carmel SammutHi, I have a few collections of a black Peziza
Anamorph?
Carmel Sammut,

The 'spores' do not appear to show any ornamentation with lactophenol CB and the size was 26.6 - 28.9 (31) x 15 - 16.2µm Me = 27.8 x 15.5 µm ; Qe = 1.8
I suspect it is an anamorph but have no idea what it could be.

Re : Anamorph?
Hi Carmel,
It could be a Lasiodiplodia species, please check for old two-celled, brown and usually striated spores. If they are present, you have a Lasiodiplodia specimen, which are very common on pods and seeds.
All the best,
Dartanha
