Peziza in a flower bed
Enrique Rubio, 03-03-2020 18:58
Enrique RubioIn a flower bed. Small sized, 2-8 mm in diam. Tarzettoid, margin irregular, excipulum furfuraceous. Middle region of the excipulum (richly pigmented) with a thin layer with a textura intricata. Paraphyses with moniliform apical segments.
It doesn't seem to match with Peziza varia s. lat. or Peziza hortensis.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks in advance

Re : Peziza in a flower bed
No clear idea of what it could be... Based on microscopic characters, it is a species of the Peziza-core group.

Thanks!, Nicolas.
It is a terrible group.
