nectrioid, long spores

Viktorie HalasuHello,

could this be some easily recognizable species? On Helianthus tuberosus stem, riparian forest, lowland.

No hairs observed around ostiole or on perithecia surface.
Spores long fusoid, 1(-3)septate, ca. *37-47(52) x 4.1-4.8 um, straight or sometimes bent in the middle.
An Acremonium(?)-like anamorph growing on the perithecia.
Just a few perithecia, most of them immature.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Viktorie,

it could be the genus Flammocladiella

Best,

Christian
