I have found a small group of hairy discs growing on charcoal in a recently burnt eucalyptus forest; disc sizes vary 1-3mm.
Spores are biguttulate with occassionally one guttule; sizes: 14-15.2 x 7.4-8.4um, no ornamentation seen in methyl blue.
Asci: 140 x 12um, -ve lugol's
Hairs coming from a simple base.
I initially thought I had found Tricharina gilva again but this is different.
Sth Gippsland, Australia
Help appreciated
Peter

Wow, many thanks Mirek for your rapid reply.
You suggestion fits my micro very well but images of that species I found on the net are different but I suspect the group I found are immature.
Best regards
Peter
