Hi Ismael,
Pestalotiopsis species have 4-septate spores with basal appendage, so to exclude here. We have to look elsewhere in the according family. Truncatella, which has 3-septate spores lacking a basal appendage, is the better chose.
This is Truncatella angustata (Pers.) Hughes, a mostly foliicolous and herbicolous species, collected on fruit of Olea too.
