Bonjour à toutes et tous,Suis-je dans le bon avec

It is with great excitement and anticipation that we would like to share with you, the AscoFrance membership, the The Richard P. Korf Memorial North American Ascomycete Foray (or Korf Foray for short). Held in honor of the late, great discomycetologist, Dr. Richard P. Korf, the Korf Foray is a two-day, three-night, ascomycete-focused, taxonomic retreat, located in the heart of the hyperbiodiverse temperate rainforests of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Highlands, North Carolina.
Spaces are limited. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register ASAP, as we are ~2-3 weeks away from a public announcement (if necessary) to fill any remaining spots. At this time, we ask that you please refrain from sharing (on social media or otherwise) the Korf Foray website URL, attached flyer, or any details pertaining to this event.
Following the foray will be a second, separate collecting effort, available only to Korf Foray participants, entitled the Purchase Knob AscoBlitz, taking place approximately 1.5hrs north of Highlands in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from August 18th-20th. All information on both of these events, as well as registration instructions, may be found at www.korfforay.org. Please feel free to contact us at korfforay@gmail.com with any and all inquiries. We look forward to hearing from you.
Yours in Spores,
-Danny Newman
